Dump It: Refined white bread, buns, and regular flour pastas. These are empty calories and carbohydrates with no real nutritional value and plenty of calories and carbs.
Pump It: Whole wheat bread, hamburger buns and pastas made from spinich or wheat keeping these types of foods to a minimum as well.
Dump It: Potato Chips, corn chips, cookies, candy and cakes
Pump It: Fresh fruit, vegetables and healthy nuts (good for protein). There are so many fruits and vegetables to choose from. Add low fat cottage cheese to your favorite fruit and you have a great snack when you can't hold out until dinner.
